Who we are
Subtle Port Co., Ltd. is a company registered in Belize (registration no. 149,536) at 25 Guzman Street, Belama Phase 1, Belize City, Belize. We build and operate the applications listed on our website. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Subtle Port Co., Ltd., and "you" means anyone who uses our applications or visits this website.
What we collect
We collect only what an application needs in order to work. Depending on which application you use, that may include:
- Account details — the name, email address, or phone number you give us when you create an account.
- Content you create — orders, messages, listings, photos, or other material you choose to submit.
- Device and usage data — device model, operating system version, app version, and crash reports, used to diagnose faults.
- Location — only where an application needs it, such as delivery or pickup, and only after you grant permission. You can withdraw that permission in your device settings at any time.
We do not collect information from children under 13, and our applications are not directed at them.
How we use it
We use the information above to operate accounts, deliver the service you asked for, respond to support requests, fix faults, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make our applications work — hosting, authentication, payment processing, crash reporting, and push notification delivery — and only to the extent each provider needs in order to perform that function. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.
How long we keep it
We keep account information for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise the associated personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
How we protect it
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what we hold.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also delete your account from within each application, or by writing to us. Where an application asks for a device permission such as location, camera, or notifications, you can grant or revoke it at any time in your device settings.
To make a request, write to admin@subtleport.com. We reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Where the change is significant, we will also give notice inside the affected application.
